What is Slurry? Slurry is any mixture of fluid, like water, or chmemical liquid, and some solids, it may be abrasive or corrosive. Slurries are used as a convenient way to handle solids in bulk in mining, steel processing, foundries, power generation, and most recently, the Frac Sand mining industry. Slurries generally behave the same way as thick, viscous fluids, flowing under gravity, but also pumped as needed.

- 1. Support frame:main part for supporting flow parts,connect with bearing plates on the two sides to form bearing assembly.
- 2. Pump casing:connect with support frame by 6 bolts,can rotate in 60°gap according to needs,impeller,protecting plate,pump cover installed inside,material is abrasion resistant,the impeller,pump casing and pump cover of this pump are same as 6PNL-30 vertical mud sand pump.
- 3. Split type pump casing with long pump cover(flat pump cover and long pump cover).one body pump casing is available also.
- 4. Shaft seal box:installed outside of protecting plate,seal assembly installed in it,it joints shaft sleeve,lubricating it with grease through grease fitting to prolong life time.
